This natural oil rinse is based on an Ayurvedic technique that involves rinsing oil through teeth and gums to remove bacteria and debris. It's flavored with peppermint oil and contains activated charcoal to remove discoloration and stains.

Application:
Take 1–2 teaspoons of oil. Rinse your mouth for 5–20 minutes and then spit it out. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children.
