As befits a true balm, it is waterless and based on plant oils—typically for Provence, olive oil and beeswax are used here. Essential oils are used as active ingredients.

The fresh, toning fragrance blend of this balm is ideal for winter and cold seasons and helps you breathe easily.

Application:
Rub a dab of balm onto your chest, throat, and under your nose, preferably in the evening before going to bed - apply a small amount in circular motions to the desired area of skin.
Repeat the application several times a day if necessary.

Do not use for children under 7 years.
