Directions: Dilute the concentrate and use after brushing your teeth. Pour 10 ml of mouthwash into the measuring cup and fill it with water to 20 ml. Rinse your mouth for 30 seconds and then spit out. For a more intense effect, use the concentrate undiluted. Do not swallow. Use as a mouthwash and/or gargle.

For ages 6 and up. Suitable for pregnant women.

Dispose of the dispenser in household waste. Dispose of the bottle and cap in the glass recycling center.
