Application:
Find a quiet, relaxing environment.
Take a small amount of the balm and warm it in the palms of your hands.
Always massage with circular movements.
Starting at the feet, massage over the legs and then the solar plexus, towards the neck and then the shoulders.
Finish the facial massage by making a figure eight.
Do not use on children under 3 years of age.
