My delivery is missing. What should I do?

Please check the status of your order using your order confirmation.

If the status shows “Delivered”, you may have received a delivery notification, or the parcel might have been left at the agreed drop-off location.

If your order is still missing, please contact us via the contact form. We’ll investigate the whereabouts of your parcel and, if necessary, initiate a formal search request.

My parcel is damaged. What should I do?

Were products inside the parcel damaged?
Please take photos of all damages to both the packaging and the items immediately. Keep the damaged products and packaging — we’ll need them to file a damage claim.

Your products are intact?
If only the parcel was damaged and you’d like to return an item, feel free to use different packaging for the return.

Important:
If your parcel shows visible damage upon delivery, sign for it with reservation. If that’s not possible, please refuse to accept the parcel.
