What is a cleansing oil? As the name suggests, makeup remover oil is an oil specifically formulated for removing makeup and pre-cleansing the skin. It dissolves impurities, pollution, SPF, oils, makeup, and more. Unlike cleansing milks, wipes, and micellar water, it contains a fatty substance (often plant-based), but makeup is soluble in oil. And yes, we don't necessarily think about it, but oil attracts oil! It's especially good for removing waterproof (water-resistant) makeup and can be used on the skin, eyes, or lips.

use:
Apply a small amount of oil to your dry face and massage gently to dissolve makeup. Add water to turn the oil into milk and rinse thoroughly.
